    So I want to ask all of you. How many of you are offended by Hitler, or a Nazi skin? I'm guessing most of us. But guess who's not. Apparently 321 has NO problem with this. Today there was a dude wearing a Hitler skin, in full regime outfit including the little swastikas. And when i asked 321 apparently it was OK to have! Get a load of this:

    Yeah.. any showing of a swastika should be considered offensive. I mean, if I was a German, I wouldn't enjoy people running around with a symbol that would only say bad stuff about Germans/Nazis. (People usually class Nazis and Germans in one group, complete bigotry imo.) Its not only offensive to Germans, but what about Jews? Or Russians? Or Poles? Any display of a swastika is connected to racial superiority, and for a server that has people from across the world, we don't know if a Jew could find that offensive while an American won't.

    EDIT: Also, not all Germans were Nazis during WW2. Remember the guy who tried to assassinate Hitler with a bomb? He probably wasn't a diehard Nazi. He probably had morals. And Hitler didn't come to office with 100% of all votes. It was somewhere closer to 60-40%. Not all Germans were Nazis.

    I don't understand why liz would agree this ITS A SKIN OF A MAN WHO KILLED OVER 2MILLION PEOPLE just because of the colour of their skin or their characteristics, But the weird thing is when a creative plot with swastikas are found, It's immediately removed but when a player comes with the skin of hitler on its fine.

    The thing about skins- We don't have control of a player's skin. Skins are Mojang property. Creating plots are moderated by us.

    We can ban people for using inappropriate skins that are sexual, have offensive writing, etc. So why can't we ban someone who has a Hitler skin?

    I don't like banning players for visual things, that's why. It feels like we are throwing away players. Players are hard to come by.

    And to be clear I don't support the nazis in ANY WAY.

    I've changed my mind about this. I think the player knows he is being offensive as he says to @Hungry_Barbarian 'Problem' indicating he knows his skin is innapropiate. This server is quite cultural and will probably have people that come from the ethnic backgrounds that hitler affected, so that should probably be a perm ban, or until he changes skin.

    But what if most players had skins like that? Would we have to ban all of them? Skins do not represent ANYTHING. It clearly states the type of skins not allowed. The rules did not include the category of skins that would racially offend someone. And why would you worry about something that has happened a long time ago? ALL of Adolf Hitler's nextoff family (cousins, brothers, sisters, etc) have been restricted to have children, as to "prevent the evil gene from existence". You can ban anyone that has this skin, but you can't do anything to stop people from their own opinions (under the act of Human Rights, "Everyone has the right to their own opinion"). It's like trying to dry the water from a sea. You can't.

    AND NO, I DO NOT SUPPORT HITLER IN ANY WAY EITHER. HE HAD THE WRONG CONCIENCE AND MASSACRED MILLIONS OF PEOPLE, CARRIED OUT BY THE PEOPLE UNDER HIS COMMAND.

    The person knows he/she is breaking the rule and probably has an auxiliary skin. Yes people do this a LOT, wither it be Hitlers,nudes,or other skins most people KNOW that it is inappropriate and will change when asked about it.Also no offense but Mojang doesn't really control skins players have, that i think falls under realm and server rules (as some servers allow nudes,inappropriate content, and other extra).To be honest im surprised that ISIS skins haven't been released for trolls to play around with. Just give them a warning to change their skin and if anyone screenshots them using the skin again kick them until they change it to their auxiliary.Also this server is pretty young so this is probably going to be a ongoing struggle when more players begin to come here. As some of them will try to break rules with warnings received trying to get a rule break wave with their friends. On larger servers these type of things would be warned about once then like @VGaming said they would be perma banned.

    tbh this is just a game. if someone wants to have a hither skin they can. for all you know they could be a full blooded German that supported Right Wing ideas. some people may find that offensive and i understand the huge reason behind it, but come on its 50+ years into the past. you'd think people wouldnt care about someone having a Hitler skin in a videogame
