"corrupt Download"?

    Ok so I tried downloading Minecraft Forge, to install a few mods. But when I downloaded it, a message appeared saying: "Corrupt download detected, cannot install". I tried repairing it with WinWar, but still doens't allow me to open. I have no idea what to do. Please help me.

    Try to install the mods manually, rather than use forge. Forge lags really hard
