Why You Don't Want To Be Staff

    It seems to us staff that everyone wants to be staff on our server.
    We get asked on a daily basis "Can I have staff?!?".
    We always say no, when we want new staff, we will either choose them or post an application form on the server website. The last two staff basically never asked to be staff, and they have done a great job. The most important thing for a staff is to get along with the other staff.

    So you want to ask for staff? Well stop thinking that way. Being a staff is not very fun for most people.
    On a daily basis us staff have annoying players that:
    The staff need to enforce the rules to let the rule following players have fun. Look at how many players we ban to ensure that players can have fun (Click me).

    The staff aren’t in it for the money, they are in it for YOUR enjoyment, please appreciate them, and follow the rules.

    I understand all that the staff goes through, but that doesn't stop me from wanting to apply. In fact, this makes me want to apply even more because I really want to help with all these situations.

    There so needs to be a "Why you want to be staff" 1. We talk about babys inside of babys, 2. you get to hear 321 say weird stuff that he gets quoted on the rest of his life unable to live it down

    Umm people should always know this the fact of becoming staff is to stop the people from doing this and additional stuff who ever wants to become staff and dont do this thinks they get respected for this (Alot of people have told me this and they always tell me thats why i apply for it.....)
    some people even do this to be more popular (Not specifically this server but people may ask for this)

    Doesn't matter. The email can be any name he wants it to be. Who knows, perhaps it is lizardfreak7's email, but 321 uses it for these kind of things.

Nothing that you do will go unnoticed. The way you act and speak will define what people think of you. Any slip up will be endlessly exploited. Disrespectful staff will be hated by the community and by other staff. You need to look at yourself and think if you have the maturity, guts, and ability to ignore and listen to the same group at the same time. You are going to be rejected by friends who you thought you could trust. Its going to happen. Anyone can just look at that prefix next to your name and turn it into an excuse to keep you at arm's bay. It won't be easy for you and you will want nothing more than to quit. You are going to be downtrodden as the "goody two-shoes", the kind guy that won't survive in the world. People will say that you suck, you're an idiot, you have no life. People will lie about you, gossip about you, spread hatred around the community against you. People will try to disgrace your name by manipulating your words and you'll have to sit there and just wonder where the common sense of the world has gone. People will insult you for being you.
