Building Help/ideas

Ok im trying to build a OBC that will be centered around villages and villagers getting smart (later i'll make it so other mobs also get smarter. Ie zombies being able to get revived by witches, and stronger version of said zombies) But i have NO idea what to do with the builds.If you know the basic building of villagers i wanna keep most of the features but i want the OBC to upgrade the buildings to fit the homeowner's job.If you want to help here are the size ranges and the names of the upgrades buildings and their default buildings:

1. T House (The largest default villager house) 11w*13L
   
   1. Pub(Villagers and Players come in , buy drinks or food. Villagers can also ask players for help)
   2. Inn (Exactly how it sounds XD)
   3. Pub and Inn (combination of both.)
2. Library 11w*8L
   1. Science lab(Have fun with this one CX)
   2. Cartographer's House (Map makers house,probably good to have a Telescope)
   3. Builder's Studio
3. Church 11 by 11
   1. Bigger church
   2. Healer's House (looks like a big or small church but has a potion room underneath it)

I'll be working on the Village center offline and Flecter/Archer's posts along with fishermen and Shepard house on creative. If you have ideas on Aggressive mob buildings show me and i'll make note of it.
