    Hey Liz and other staff viewing this thread. Because i am posting a thread in this category, I would like a suggestion. I know this isnt a social media site like FaceBook or some thing like that, but i've noticed that a lot of forums sites have dislike buttons. tbh i believe even Reddit has a dislike button if i remember correctly. i was wondering if our developers can add a dislike button to our server forums. For example, there are some posts that i agree with or feel sympathy for the person posting but its kinda dreary and it isn't appropriate to like it. i mean, say a members family member dies (which i hope doesnt happen). it wouldnt really be appropriate for a like button in this case because if someone was like "my mom died. rest in peace momma <3" you wouldnt like to see "Steelersrule234 likes this" under ur post. you would like it to say "Steelersrule234 dislikes this" because it shows you dont like that their mom died and you are sorry it happened to them. i got this idea from reading @xManiPlaysYT's recent status. i dislike the events that prompted the status update cause they are bad, but i hope he is safe. No, this is not a "you must add a dislike button NOW" thread. this is a "I would like you to please consider a dislike button" thread. I hope the staff can talk over this and reach a conclusion. You are really some nice staff who work wonders for ShadowXCraft. @lizardfreak321 you are the man in charge who keeps this awesome server running. thanks. also, what does the public think? say why or why not and add your reasoning. thanks for reading and have a great day!

    Dislike buttons are used more for ranking threads. That is not how it works here. You can judge support for a comment based off of the relative amount of likes between that comment, and the ones next to it.

    I agree with 321. It also can lead to higher emotion swings on the forums and more drama. But a good idea none-the-less. I personally dislike what Facebook did with their emotions 'reactions'. They should have kept it simple and put a simple dislike button if they were gonna add anything at all.

    i actually like the facebook reaction emotions. although we do have a bit of drama. less than before tho
