    Hello staff/members reading this,

There has been an update for appeals and report that only staff and the person who made the report/appeal can see it. I think there should be a button to make the report/appeal private or public.

    Thanks for stopping by!

Do you mean that the user who reports or appeals should be able to toggle the privacy?

Reports were made private because players were afraid of retaliated against for filing the report.

Appeals were made private to prevent un-needed arguments and disagreements.

While i kinda agree on the choice of public and private reports, i also have to agree with tspringst33n with the appeals. The arguments just got way to out of hand and were very annoying.

Maybe if the appeal is getting too out of hand the staff can toggle it to private so only the staff / the player who wrote the appeal can see it

Then there wouldn't be any point in making it private, since the argument would already have occurred. And player input will not be needed since the desicion is ultimately up to staff collectively.

I honestly never saw the point of making reports/appeals public because most people don't know how to control there emotion when it comes to Family/Friends and either way like @X1X_ Said it is up to staff...
