Faction - Sell Spawners!

    Okay so I came up with an idea of letting players sell spawners for half of the buy price.
    Mainly because spawners are not really profitable and are really expensive.
    Doing this would give players a choice; To either make a grinder (and use hoppers and redstone that would hurt the server's tps) or sell the spawners.
    This is something that's a gonna be a good addition since the sell prices of the drops are really low.
