Rejected Hacker-catcher

Hello, So I have been thinking about some rank idea's for my server and then I came up with HC(Hacker-Catcher). I would have made the rank on my server by I have bigger issues right now.. So that's why I came here I was thinking if you get 10 report's accepted you will get a little [H-C] next to your name/rank. This will bring in players in on the forums because who wouldn't want to be recognized?, Not me. This can help the server with banning hacker's/muting people that don't follow the chat rules. And also make us feel good about getting someone banned.

Rank GuideLine's:

Color: Red&Black :EX [H-C]

How to get: Report 10 players and successfully get that person punished.

Rules: cannot report the same player 2 times. MUST have a good record on SxC

Actually- There should be a mod / helper in disguise that is a Hacker Catcher, So if the hacker hacks he would never know a staff is on and would ban him.
But hey I think Yellow is on to something!-

 

This is basically saying we give a cookie to the people who report Hackers. Players already have a well-enough reward of the satisfaction and relief that the hacker is gone.
