Hunger Games Suggestions

So, i was thinking about some ideas that there could be added on hunger games. Those Ideas Are.
Redusing Flint & Steel uses
As everyone knows, Flint & Steel spammers are really annoying. To stop them, i was thinking that the Flint & Steel uses are only 4. Meaning that, you can only light up fire 4 times. After 4 times, the flint & steel will break. This idea will make flint & steel spammers play more tactical etc. and not just spam.
Chest Refill
I was thinking changing the time when the chest refill happens. Maybe it could be set that the first refill happens on 10 minutes and the second one on 1 minute.
Adding 1v1 Arenas
You could also add the old 1v1 arenas back so people can 1v1. I've noticed that many people use carnival as a 1v1 arena while carnival is a big map. Adding the 1v1 arenas back would be quite useful.
Removing (or making harder to get) the enchanted gold armor
The enchanted gold armor is quite op because of the fire protection 3 enchants. People don't take a lot of damage from fire because of that so i was thinking maybe adding the normal gold armor back.
I'm not saying that you have to add all of them or bring back the old hg, i just suggested some ideas.

You could make it normal gold armor meaning that they don't have any enchants on. Because, it's op when someone is on fire (from flint & steel) while wearing the armor.

I think that could be really useful, because if a sg game lasts on 10 minutes, some players might have bad armor or weapon so that refill on 10 minutes could be quite handy for them.
