    Suggestion:
    1) You know the bar on top of your screen if there is an enderdragon nearby? Make that say its your turn. People dont pay attention and dont realize its their turn.
    2) 15 second roll timer. If you fail to roll 3 times in a row you get kicked from the server for being afk.

    That will be added a little while after 1.9 comes out. Why? Because they redid the boss-bar making it significantly better for minigames (and a lot easier to program).
