    Bulbasaur (rank 22) has splash poison potions for 1:30 (1 minute 30 seconds). It is very annoying sometimes when people use this kit, just to annoy a person specifically (or a specific group, or just in general). Every poison kit's potions have been nerfed, so I suggest a bump down for this one too.

    I think bumping the time down to 15 seconds would be good.

    You mean the people who go to the top of the map and drop potions?

    Or the people whopester you by throwing a potion then they run away and come back with more?

    Or the people who just flat out try to annoy you.

    People who throw potions down on you won't get credit for any kills, if it makes you feel any better.

    The problem is, their intention isn't to kill. They just want to deliberately annoy people. People get weakened by poison potions/harming potions and then are cleaned up by other bystanders.
