    Most 10 year olds are immature because of the environments they are not yet introduced to, period. Not all of them, but they need to really prove that they are mature because of the natural lack of experiences. Good for them if they do prove it. My point is done~ *vanishes*

    You all need to stop saying "age limit" there is no age limit. 100-year-olds are allowed to become staff.
    The age minimum is there due to experiences with younger staff. ShadowXCraft has been in operation for more than 2 years, and we have had staff from the ages of 9 to 20. Noticeable behavioral differences are visible between the ages and genders.
