    Hello everyone,

    As you may have found out, there were people who were duplicating items and distributing them in Factions. It has messed with the economy which has become a large issue.
    I will code a fix for duplicating items, but I need to find out how they are duplicating them. If anyone can find a way to duplicate items, please start a conversation with me on this website so I can prevent it from working.

    Once I finish the fix for it, should we reset Factions or should we load the backup from the 18th of this month? Please vote in the poll. Also what version of Minecraft should we use in Factions? Currently it is 1.10 but we can go back to 1.8 if you all want us to.

    Perhaps we can reset factions when 2.1 development is finished? Until then, loading the backup seems like a good idea for now.

    As always factions revolves the idea of opness and grinding. Bring 1.10 and bam it's no factions anymore. I prefer factions to be kept at 1.8. The new parts of 1.8 can still help and keep the nature of factions. As for the state. There already had been many other glitches that caused many of us to be op. Such as the trading glitch to t gold to create God apps or to sell for. In my opinion factions is always better off with a reset. Besides it gives new players a fresh new start to get op. Since many new players didn't get very far in factions 2.0

    Addressing to what x1x said.

    I think the backup may have a few glitches items or not. But again a backup would ruin many of others progresses if bases, vaults etc. So we should just might as well reset it.

    There is a yt vid that i found for a duping glitch in 1.9, but it has a server ip in the description. Do you still want me to post it?

    I think that in the reset you should remove the end so that it relies more raiding

    Also I think there should be custom enchants so PvP becomes more intense rather than eating Notch Apples all the time

    I think so.

    A lot of newbies are quiting because of people are too strong for them.

    We should also reset the wild, but PLEASE dont reset our vaults and our money.

    I vote for it to be Reseted, Factions is too OP for newbies, and players have alot of money (Jack doesn't matter he has 90m, because he got them from players because they had too much)
    Also, when i wasn't banned (Before like 1 month) i go to /warp pvp, and mostly everyone was with diamond stuff and i got down (without armor), and a player killed me with 1 hit with a diamond sword (Your health is 20/20 (10 hearts) and V (5) Sharpness does 12 damage (6 hearts) so i don't think the player that killed me has V Sharpness, i think it's like VIII/VII
    I know my grammar can feel incorrect - i don't mean i bypassed bans, i tell all about this BEFORE.
    I will see any duplicates and i'll start a conversation with you (@lizardfreak321).
