Mutations For Hg

How you get mutations.
I think we should have mutations. You can buy them with your coins and you get 1 free when you win a game without using a mutation (But this is a 50% chance you can get 1).
What are mutations?
Mutations are different monsters you can become after you die and once you become that monster you kill your killer to take his life and you basically take his spot in the game. (meaning you can play again)
I got this Idea from a different server (Not going to say the name because you probably already know)
If you are watching this post why don't you put a monster that you want to mutate to after death.(note this has to be a mob)

 

I would like to mutate into a wither skeleton because of their high attack damage, but what if players die on purpose to get an upper hand on enemies?

 

Correct me if I'm wrong but wouldn't it specify as targetting? If someone who you fought was at 2 hearts when they killed you and you mutate instantly, it wouldn't be fair for them since they're low and could easily be killed by that. Also say for example a person went ham and killed 3 people at spawn. They mutate and it's a 3vs1 which is practically teaming. I mean it could be a good idea but if they're allowed to wait till Deathmatch and mutate, it would kinda ruin the chance for the person who got their way up to deathmatch a waste.

 

The thing is you can't mutate instantly though.... you have to wait 30 seconds to mutate

 

that's why the mutations shouldn't be to OP....
And I actually find this can be made in to a reward for winning. Like for instance now you can buy an iron sword off of spawn, How is that fair? isn't that pay2win as well?

 

HG is a minecraft game it doesn't have to be the most special thing in the world. Its the smallest things you can put in to make the game more exciting. And i never said you needed IRL money to win, You either win a game or use money that you won in game to get a mutation. and it's not like a mutation is going to be cheap. So if you want a mutation you will want to play more games and if you want to play more games then HG will be packed most of the times. and even if you use IRL money it gets sent to the server which helps out a lot

 

But keep in mind that the original hg movie had muttations while katniss was fighting cato

 

speaking of the movie, maybe a custom coded game where 2 ppl are randomly game makers and they have limited supplies and they are in vanish, and they can fly and try to kill the players. Would add another really challenging aspect

There isn't just one other server with buildUHC in it , there are numerous .....
