    Look i understand you want staff to be 15 or above bcz there "mature" but im not immature and im 13 now cant i just be staff for a little while and if immature a lot you can remove me i just wanna know how does it feel to be staff on shadowxcraft

    Well, patience is key! :) Basically being mature is accepting all the flaws you have and having a neutral mindset. I understand you because I'm also 13 and I applied to be staff. Although in my opinion, creating this thread decreased your chances of being one. Its already understood at the staff application guidelines that you should let the staff do their thing and just let it flow and not complain (kinda). I hope you understand me too :)

    It's a soft requirement, so if there are no 15 year old staff that will be good, we will choose a 14 or 13 year old. We have a staff that is going to collage next year. Collage students with 13 year olds--Large age range.
