Rent An Arena Kitpvp Suggestion

Because skirmish is sometimes full I feel like this should be added.
for example $2000 dollars of in game money to rent out a arena and this would last 1 hour.
To invite people it could be /party invite (player name) so only invited people can go in this can prevent intruders and /party deny (player name)
Secondly the party leader should be able to choose what kit they are allowed to use for example basic and gives a use for in game money for people who are top rank.
Finally I think it should cost less for donors for example $1000.

cause some people come to a arena where we do 1v1's and they just annoy us
