My Story

Hello all, this is a short story about how I became a teenager psychopath.. I mean.. How I came to embrace SxC as my favorite server...

1 and 3/4 years ago, my brother first installed mineshafter on my PC, partly against my will. Within days, he was looking for cracked servers. We first joined some bigger servers, but then browsed the mineshafter list and found SxC at the top. So we tried it out. Honestly, it didn't give us a good first impression compared to other servers. It looked.. Unprofessional. But we enjoyed kitpvp and I made a few friends (so sorry I can't even remember you guys anymore.. It's been so long). After a while, I met my first good friend: JenniferGaming. She was a helper, and I also met @Laslu , @DJDan , and Darkrunner soon after. Soon, I had a nice amount of friends to chillax with.

About a month afterwards, I ended helping lizardfreak321 with the mini games server. I pointed out an exploit and he thanked me. He later gave me perms to work on the new HG arena. I didn't do too much on it.. I blew my chance to stick an Easter egg for myself in. Later though, I alerted him to another exploit in mini games. After doing so, I asked if I could be helper. (The rule about not asking for staff wasn't really enforced well, and 321 didn't seem to care). He said yes, and gave me helper right there. I nearly flipped out.

Another person I met close to this period was @BlasterBlade and @Drellibus . I can't explain the fun I had with all my friends, but I was also disappointed when so many of my buddies were promoted to admin and I stayed as a helper. I also first met @hello21 somewhere around this time. Oh, and someone else who had an impact on me was @DrainZX . With my friend list growing as fast as the SSB4 roster, things were about to happen.

I can't remember the events that followed distinctly. I do remember meeting new players like @FirePie123 and that rascal Pr0acid. Another player I met was @gmmc88 . These all were good friends, and all was fine and dandy. I remember working on sg Ice a lot too. It was after it's release that my story took a turn.

I was demoted at the year's turn because of inactivity and lack of hangouts. I was VERY bummed. I then decided to get handouts right away, and.. I got repromoted. Yay..!? Anyway, somewhere near this time I was introduced to new staff members @_JordyJA_ @Chelseyskylar and @LeonidasXV . I also became very active on prisons. Soon though, I started chilling with Dan a lot more. He influenced 321 to let me be mod. We played wordner with @Coolcat587 and had tons of fun photoshopping our faces onto hitler's. It all went by too quickly, however.

My last demotion wasn't a surprise to me. I had just lost interest in SxC as a whole. I mean, I still hung out on the staff chat, but the meaning wasn't there anymore. I stopped joining the sever and opted instead to play with friends I knew Irl. When I was demoted, I was disappointed, sure. But my loss of interest in SxC cushioned the impact, so to speak. I knew it was going to happen. I was stunned how quickly it happened though. Normally, mods are warned, then demoted to helper. I was demoted straight to member. I can't say I'm angry, but I'm sad that the server I loved so much just decided it drop me. I would have enjoyed being part of it more, but Minecraft won't put bread on the table. Soon, I will buy a gaming software engine and learn game design. The time I would have spent creating HG arenas will now be used learning life skills. I'm not saying our staff is a bunch of fat people with no life, but my path is leading me this way, and I respect everyone else's choice for where there life takes them.

In the past few months, I've made lots of friends. @nickrules @playglitz12 @Christa_96 @Hibernating @rJayT2 @MeromeTDM @Wubbly_ @Hungry_Barbarian just to name a few. All of you are my family, and I love you for all the fun you have given me in the past. Cheers to the future!
