So I was talking with friends the other day and we were debating whether shaving your legs or arm hair (guys included) is considered normal or healthy for your body?
It has become something considered "normal" for people to shave due to socialism and media. For the case on if it is a healthy thing to do, that is a highly argued topic, the hair is like clothes, it is to protect our body. The main uses for the hair are being taken over by clothing. This explains my logic on why I avoid shaving in the summer when I spend a lot of time on the farm, I take advantage of the protection given by sideburns hair to avoid being bitten by mosquitos as much as possible.
As captain jack said hair is mostly used for defense. But it is also used to maintain body heat. Both of this is covered by clothing. It isn't really weird for a guy or gal to not shave. More so if its just peach fuzz. And its also not weird if a guy or gal shaves. It all depends on what you want , since after all it is your body.
