I Like To Drink Spoiled Coke

Cold drinks like coke are bad for your teeth, the acid break down the enamel leaving your teeth vulnerable and the sugar then stick onto your teeth allowing cavities to grow.

I had a family member who were only drinking coke for a month and nothing else, about 2 or 3 cans a day, my family and the dentists could notice that her teeth became dark yellow and that it has eaten away her enamel even though she was apparently brushing her teeth, it was not pleasing at all to see and gross. After the dentist appointment she was to have more cavities taken care of because of the coke, so she stopped drinking it too much.

I on the other hand have been avoiding coke at all cost since even though I know it taste good, it's not natural and you have no idea what it does or how it affect your body, though the main reason I avoided it was due to my move to reduce sugar intake which ended up as a highly beneficial move on my part.

So, the truth is, not only is coke bad for your teeth, it is bad for your health.

 

You can clean pennies with cold drinks, as their acidic value is high. Just dip it in for about 15 minutes and the penny will shine, like new. Every time you consume something overly sugary, your teeth are being attacked, weakening and loosening the enamel, like Jack said. Anyway, any food has sugar in it, so cold drinks and sweets are unnecessary.

 

I personally have no soda ever. I have poweraid and Gatorade, which are both acidic, but significantly less sugar than soda.
