    Since 1.9 is basically surrounding the end. With the new 1.9 items mostly in the end can there be a public end portal somewhere? Like at /spawn or make a public /end command that way players can explore and get some of the new items.

    If not this then can people who have an stronghold with a end portal comment saying they have one and the cords where they are at?
