Server Vs Server Tournament?

I have been thinking of this idea for ages, always adding and improving features that should be included in it. Even though this clearly won't happen any time soon as the staff and owners are very busy on doing other stuff. So my idea was for us to be able to get in contact with another server and try to start a Server Vs Server tournament against them. This would really increase the player rate on the community as when people who quit this server happen to hop on the forums or the server, they would notice there is a tournament against another server and would call all their friends to compete with them. I hope this idea can be taken into consideration some day, whether its long or a short period.

Additional Information: The server needs to make some kind of form or something where every player thats wants to compete can apply to go in the servers team and put their best time they can join the competion.

Note: There may be some problems that can happen during this, so feel free to add on suggestions to this idea
