Between 40-65 feet. As long as the person survives the drop. And hopefully does not end the world doing it.

The dynamite is almost certainly going to go off since it is one of the most unstable explosives, I guess I would choose that because I would rather a quick death than a slightly slower one. It also wouldn't pose any risk to those around me which is a large advantage.
