A better choice (and cheaper) is Windex with Ammonia D. It kills immediately on contact.

Who is 'they'? I have never heard of anyone saying Windex is safe. It is not; it is a chemical. It even has warnings all over the back of it.

They are animals, I wasn't talking about humans, it was a joke.. sorry it wasn't very clear.
