Do you know how to get rid of popup sites, when you click something? I downloaded a mod for mc but it was a virus, Showing me inappropiate ads on youtube.. So i had to delete chrome and use FireFox. It doesn't have ads which is good..

One way that may help is by clearing your Chrome Sync Data.. I had a chrome virus before where the only fix was to clear the data. https://www.google.com/settings/chrome/sync

Also i have a question, when i log into my email, it's showing me arabic, how do i change language? I know how to speak arabic but the problem is i am not used to use devices, websites as arabic

I recommend Open Broadcaster Software (OBS). Fraps and some other software had their limitations on the free version, while OBS is obviously free.

Ok and what does that "OBS" do?
