i got norton antivirus software. yet, sometimes when im watching youtube or doing something elsewhere, my laptop will crash and then reboot to a bizarre screen with text in Arabic. then when i restart my computer, it will work fine for a bit and then do the same thing

get another antivirus then. Malwarebyte, Avast, 360 security or all of them together when you really think there's a virus

i honestly think the laptop's life is probably gonna be taken by the virus. i cant uninstall it

killing the virus task with task manager and/or forcing a ownership takeover of the virus should allow deleting it.
