From my observations (Including staff sharing logs of what happened) it appears that it is mostly you and your friends complaining to staff about the rules and the staff justifying the rules as professionally as they can.
In the case that this post is most likely referring to, I do not see how the staff could be any more professional, but I do believe the players the staff were communicating with could have handled themselves more professionally. The staff handled the situation pretty well considering you were literally reminding your friend in the chat to stop breaking the rules so she doesn't get banned..
@lizardfreak321 yeh i did yet when i made a point saying something i got the ban and the so called staff put it in as arguing with them when clearly they were as well so its pathetic
@xIrish If it's arguing about rules, the rules are clearly defined so whoever argues against them is the one that should be muted. If you dislike the rules there is a suggestions category for a reason.
