W tap. Just search ''how to w tap'' and you should be fine to go.

If you lower your FOV, that will help, plus just keep using the rod to get used to the timing of it. Then You'll be able conquer it.

I use quake pro lol. And I can't w tap. I'm to dumb to multitask.

You'll get the hang of it, just takes time. PvP takes patience to master :p, I barely learned how to w tap, its ok fam.
